Region 62 Player Registration Fee Refund Policy


Refunds requested on/before June 30th will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and subject to his approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests received during this timeframe will be refunded at 100% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child excluding any discounts given for multiple child registrations and non-resident fees.

Refunds requested prior to the first practice will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and, subject to his approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests will be refunded at 75% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child excluding any discounts given for multiple child registrations and non-resident fees.  Approval is contingent upon return of the complete uniform kit.  The kit must be unused and unworn.

Refunds requested between the first practice and the second week of play will be reviewed by the Regional Commissioner and, subject to his approval, forwarded to the Treasurer for payment within 45 days of initial receipt. Approved requests will be refunded at 50% of the Registration Fee paid for that specific child excluding any discounts given for multiple child registrations and non-resident fees.

Refunds requested after week 2 will not be honored.
